Historical Details
The large upper windows in the nave were installed from 1938 onwards. Faculty (diocesan authorisation) for this window was granted in Nov. 1938, so it would have been commissioned in time for the consecration of the rebuilt nave that same month. The invoice for this window, another Harrap window alongside, and the Lakin window along the same wall are held in our collection: SJC-1982 2Q-080 a/c 3 dated Nov. 1938Materials
