Several of the churches closed during the early 2020s had brass vases - some older and quite heavy, others of a much more affordable quality, often highly patterned and of Asian origin, likely from the 1970s and 1980s. 

This particular pair had no inscription, and it is uncertain which of the closed churches they may have belonged to, including St. Aidan's, East Launceston, to which we notionally attribute them.
